Any breach of the rules above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and bx99 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending further investigation.
Payment and Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the bx99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, and local bank transfers to major Malaysian banks.
Deposit: Funds deposited into your bx99 account may only be used for gaming and betting activities on the platform. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe determined by your chosen payment method. bx99 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to successful identity verification and compliance with any applicable wagering requirements. bx99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal for fraud prevention purposes.
Cancellations and Refunds: Funds already used in gameplay are non-refundable. Cancellation of unused deposits may be subject to specific procedures and must be requested through bx99's official customer support channels.

Where account closure is confirmed due to a terms violation, the account balance may be withheld or forfeited subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from bx99.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
